Dear Future Homeowner: My past owner loved me so much that they cared and maintained me for over 40 years. Whenever I needed a repair or replacement , I got it! And I got extras too like ceiling fans, security lighting and cameras, decorative concrete drives and walks, storybook landscaping, a sprinkler system with its own well, a garage door opener and screening to keep me cool in the summer. Some of the things they said they loved about me was how the sun high in the winter sky shown upon my pool deck, warming and illuminating many parts of the home through the large windows of the Florida room.. They loved listening to the native bird songs as they flew here, there , everywhere on my pie shaped lot. The peace and tranquility of overlooking a small lake. They loved the neighbors, and the safety and security they felt in the neighborhood on this quiet street void of heavy traffic and noise. Most of all, they loved sharing me and my many spaces with family and friends.
